Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lawsight platform provided by PT Karya Anak Negeri Indonesia, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Lawsight is an AI workspace platform for legal teams that provides legal research, document review, regulatory monitoring, and workflow automation. The platform includes a web application, Microsoft Word add-in, and related API services.

User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• One account may only be used by one individual. Account sharing is not permitted.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
• OWNER and ADMIN roles are required to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
• Attempt to access other organizations' data or disrupt multi-tenant data isolation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform.
• Upload harmful content, malware, or materials that violate the law.
• Share account credentials or provide unauthorized access to third parties.

Data Ownership

• You retain full ownership of all documents and data you upload to the platform.
• Lawsight does not use your data to train AI models. Your data is only processed to provide services to you.
• You can export or delete your data at any time in accordance with the rights outlined in our Privacy Policy.

AI Usage

Lawsight uses AI technology to assist with legal document analysis and processing. While we strive to provide accurate results with citations to original sources, AI output does not constitute legal advice. Users are responsible for verifying and validating all AI output before using it in legal decisions.

Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime. We will notify users in advance for scheduled maintenance. In emergencies, Recovery Time Objective (RTO) is 4 hours and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) is 1 hour.

Payment & Subscription

• Prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and do not include applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are billed according to the selected cycle (monthly or yearly).
• Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lawsight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

Termination

• You can terminate your account at any time through account settings.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
• After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, except audit logs which are retained for 7 years.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect.
